First, you are invited to register at GridInnovation-on-line!
The online entry template is an innovative user-friendly tool for empowering any knowledge holder to input his/her knowledge into the GridInnovation-on-line library.
The knowledge provider is invited to insert two types of articles:
- A project article that aims at describing the smart grid project and
- Knowledge articles that aim at describing specific outputs of this project.
Once a project article has been inputted, there is no limitation regarding the number of related knowledge articles. This means that several research outputs stemming from the same project can be provided and edited on line via GridInnovation-on-line.
All articles are structured in the same way in UK English. The backbone of any article remains unchangeable and systematically contains a list of paramount information. Each article entry requires therefore:
a title stating in a short sentence (i.e. roughly ten words) the topic of the article, including the name of the project;
an abstract describing in approximately 50 words the context and outputs of the article;
a list of tags inspired in the EEGI roadmap, concerning the Cluster(s), system function(s) and subsystem function(s) related to your project (these tags could be chosen in the submission template to be downloaded, moreover, you are invited to highlight additional keywords within the article that you may find relevant to be included as new tags);
a detailed description made up of approximately 1000 words; and
an access to download related documents (e.g. deliverable, reports, publications, etc.) if desired.
